Commute Safety: Cabs & Public Transport
Many women employees depend on cabs, autos, and the metro for daily travel, often during late hours.
Our self-defence workshops equip them with essential commute safety skills—staying alert, recognising red flags, choosing safe positions, and applying quick escape strategies when required. These practical techniques build confidence and ensure safer business and personal travel.

Handling Stalking or Unwanted Attention
Stalking and persistent unwanted attention can be deeply unsettling, whether during daily commutes, in public places, or even within social or professional settings. Many women hesitate to report such behaviour at an early stage, which often allows the situation to escalate.
Our self-defence workshop addresses this sensitive issue with a balanced approach—focusing first on awareness and early identification of red flags, followed by assertive verbal strategies and practical defensive techniques if the situation turns physical. Participants are trained to stay calm under pressure, set clear boundaries, and take decisive action to protect themselves. This module prepares women to handle such scenarios confidently and reassures employers that their workforce is equipped with the tools to safeguard both their personal and professional lives.

Handling Crowd Rush & Emergencies
Crowded events, festivals, public gatherings, or emergency evacuations can become hazardous in seconds. Even calm environments may quickly escalate into a rush or stampede, leaving individuals vulnerable to injury. This module prepares participants to recognise early signs of crowd surges, maintain balance under pressure, and apply techniques to protect vital areas of the body.
We also train employees on how to move strategically with the flow of the crowd to reduce risk and identify safer exit routes. While stampedes and sudden mass movements are rare, being prepared for such high-risk situations builds resilience, situational awareness, and the confidence to stay safe even in unpredictable environments.

Escaping Abduction Attempts
Although rare, attempted abductions or forced entries into vehicles present serious risks that cannot be ignored. This module equips participants with preventive strategies to reduce vulnerability, practical escape techniques to break free quickly, and use strong vocal assertiveness to draw attention and deter attackers. Through guided practice, women employees learn immediate, decisive responses that significantly improve their ability to avoid or escape such high-threat situations—building confidence and preparedness in the face of unexpected danger.

Staying Alert, Staying Safe
The most effective form of self-defence is prevention—recognising and avoiding danger before it arises. This module trains participants to sharpen observation skills, assess their surroundings quickly, and identify early warning signs of potential threats. By developing situational awareness as a daily habit, women employees build confidence to move safely and decisively through professional and personal environments.
